Cancel or change your plan

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew monthly. On each renewal, your plan hours refill to the full allowance — 2 hours on Starter, 6 on Fluent.

When you cancel

• Plan hours are usable while your subscription remains active; once it ends, remaining plan hours stop counting.
• Top-up hours are yours forever — cancellation never touches them.
• Your lessons, phrasebook, and progress are never deleted, and free three-minute sessions keep working.
