How streaks work

The flame next to your profile counts consecutive calendar days on which you practiced — finished a live session or completed a lesson quiz. Days are counted in your local timezone, so an evening session counts for today, not tomorrow.

• Any completed practice counts — a free three-minute session is enough.
• Practicing twice in one day does not add two days; the streak grows once per day.
• Miss a full calendar day and the streak resets.

Your current streak shows in the header on every page and on the lesson completion screen — along with a reminder of what it takes to keep the flame alive: come back tomorrow.
