Practice with your team

Some organizations, like a hotel, a clinic or a relocation firm, give their people practice time through a team. The team shares a pool of hours. Your own practice time is used first; when it runs out, your live sessions use the team’s time.

Join your team

• Open the invite link your team admin sent you. If you are not signed in, sign in on the same page with your email; a new account is fine.
• Read what your team’s admins can see, then choose "Join the team".
• Each link works once, for one person, and stops working after 14 days (7 for a team’s very first admin link). If yours no longer works, ask your team admin for a new one.
• You can be in one team at a time.

Using the team’s time

While the team has time, your sessions work like paid ones: up to 30 minutes, and you can create your own scenes. Open Team in your account menu (the round button with your initial, top right) to see the team’s time left and its seats. The header and the scene catalog show only your own time. When the team’s time runs out, your own time or the free sessions work as before.

What your team’s admins see

Your email address, and how many minutes and sessions you use from the team’s time. They never see your conversations, notebook or scores.

Leave the team

On your Team page, choose to leave the team and confirm. Your account, lessons and notebook stay yours; only the team’s time stops. To come back, you need a new invite link.
