The lines
¿Qué os parece si…?
The standard way to float a time to a Spanish team: "¿Qué os parece si lo dejamos para el jueves por la mañana?" Use os with a group and te with one person, and keep the verb in the present.
¿Qué os parece si lo dejamos para el jueves por la mañana?
“What do you all think about moving it to Thursday morning?”
When to use it: Proposing a time to the group
What you’ll hear back: Por mí perfecto, aunque yo lo veo mejor después de comer. (Fine by me, though I'd say after lunch is better.)
Disagreeing without a no
Nobody opens with "no estoy de acuerdo". You acknowledge first and then turn: "Entiendo lo que dices, pero yo lo veo de otra manera." It buys you the floor without souring the room.
Entiendo lo que dices, pero yo lo veo de otra manera.
“I understand what you're saying, but I see it differently.”
When to use it: Pushing back on a colleague's idea
What you’ll hear back: Ya, ¿y tú qué propones entonces? (Right, so what do you suggest then?)
