Replay: going over what you said
When a live session ends, your teacher goes back over the conversation with you. Replay takes a minute or two and replaces the old end-of-lesson quiz.
What you will see
- Your numbers: how much of the talking you did, minutes of your own voice, your longest line, and how quickly you started answering.
- A note from your coach on how the conversation went.
- Your best moment: a line you said well, and why it worked.
- Say it like a local: two or three of your lines, said the way a native speaker would say them. Listen, then say each one out loud to get a score.
- One pattern: a mistake that keeps coming up, so you know what to watch next time.
- New words you used on your own for the first time.
Your score
Your lesson score comes from how well you handled the conversation. Saying the lines again can raise it but never lowers it, so it is always worth trying. A scene counts as done at 60, and a checkpoint at 70.
